some people live in a house on a hill, and wish they were someplace else.

i got a job at h&m!!!!!

and

i found this adorable studio apartment 

in a used-to-be-a-movie-theater (in the 1920's) apartment building

in a town called fruitvale (the irony hasn't escaped me)

in the laurel district (as if fruitvale was gay enough)

this means that i won't get to live with tessa,

but

i love it obscene amounts.

it's a walk-through closet, it's kinda fantastic.

that's the front door and the bathroom just through there.

my kitchen has different cabinets, they're above and below.

the kitchen in the opposite direction.

the fantastic gold mailboxes in the lobby, there's a mini fountain there too now.

i keep them in a box under my bed.

i'll have you know,

i'm going to do a "100 things found in my apartment" video,

as i've been packing and unpacking things,

i'm amazed by the things i'm finding.

ridiculous, hilarious, inappropriate things...
